I saw the author promoting this story on her Twitter account and was lucky to find it was included in my Kindle Unlimited subscriptions. What a lovely story this was. I wished I had found this back during the Christmas season. It would have been perfect to snuggle up with beside the Christmas tree, while sipping hot chocolate.
I loved the optimism and good-heartedness through the story. The idea of working to be the best possible version of oneself is a great theme. And, of course, all the hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Overall, this was a great little story that warms the heart and put a smile on my face. I would highly recommend it.
